  • Clients can only redeem one treat at a time. These will be separate from any client/ retail promotions that are happening.

  • You can view your point balance through the online booking portal or call the salon and we can tell you!

  • No, points are non-transferrable.

  • Staff can book/redeem Treats at the desk. They are not available to redeem book/redeem online as of yet. If clients want to schedule a service online, we can apply the treat at checkout.
